Law Enforcement Training & Community Safety Act (LETCSA) Legislation <br />Deputy Chief Drever presented the committee with an overview of the LETCSA legislation that <br />sets standards for investigating officer -involved use of deadly force. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />II. MISCELLANEOUS <br />A. Discussion on recent communications regarding the Justice Center <br />The Committee Chair facilitated a discussion among the Committee members on recent <br />communications regarding the Justice Center. All Committee members agreed that there <br />should be a broader discussion, either at Committee or meeting of the full Council in the near <br />future. The Committee agreed that it would be discussed briefly at the COW the same evening <br />so that the full Council could determine whether it should go to Committee or full Council. <br />The meeting adjourned of 6:55 p.m. <br />Committee Chair Approval <br />Minutes by RB <br />
