3. Expenditure Report <br />The Committee reviewed actual Public Safety Plan expenditures through October 28, 2019 <br />including a detailed list and current contracts. Actual expenditures through October 28 are <br />$42,972,617. <br />4. Committee Charter <br />The Committee reviewed its Charter and recommends no changes. <br />VI. Miscellaneous <br />• Chair Sean Goode will report to the City Council at its December 9 Committee of the Whole <br />meeting. All Oversight Committee members are encouraged to attend. <br />• The Committee agreed to meet quarterly in 2020 and City staff will send out scheduling options <br />via email. <br />• The City is hosting a volunteer appreciation event for Board, Commission and Committee <br />members on December 12, 5:30 p.m. <br />• Committee members interested in touring the Station 52 site will email staff with availability.
