The master plan will be funded by the Lodging Tax <br />Advisory Board (LTAC) as approved by Council on June 17, 2019 for $125,000. Additional <br />funding, up to $25,000 will be utilized from the 301 fund for an increased community <br />engagement scope asked of the consultant. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Council is being asked to approve the consultant agreement with J.A.
