Transportation & Infrastructure Committee Minutes October5, 2020 <br />E. 2020 Pavement Management Analysis Report <br />Staff presented the 2020 Pavement Management Analysis Report, which shows that the City's <br />road network is in good condition with an average Pavement Condition Index of 66 and a <br />backlog of only 1.3% of the overall network. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. Committee will discuss with the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget and CIP. <br />F. Public Works Fee Resolution: Water, Sewer, Surface Water Rates <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of the Public Works Fee Schedule Resolution that would <br />establish water, sewer, and surface water rates for 2021-2022 in accordance with established <br />policies and objectives. <br />Item(s) requiring follow-up <br />Public comment submitted that will require a response. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to October 12, 2020 Committee of the Whole. <br />11. Miscellaneous <br />• Garbage collection email, PW investigating with Waste Management. <br />• 53rd Ave S Traffic Revisions, people are not adhering to new one -ways. Police have been informed for <br />additional patrol. More markings and signs to come. There will be a learning curve. <br />• Public comment regarding ADA compliance at Interurban Ave 5/52nd Ave S. Worked with property owner <br />during overlay of 52nd Ave S and PW did add an ADA curb ramp. <br />• Grocery parking on sidewalks on Tukwila International Blvd and S 140th St. Driveway curb ramp is for <br />vacant property. We have informed Police regarding illegal parking.
