City of Tukwila <br />Surface Water Management Program <br />Workshop for 2012 Updates <br />As many of you may be aware, the City's Surface Water Management Program (SWMP) is in full <br />swing. The Public Works Department will be hosting a workshop for the purpose of updating <br />the SWMP for 2012. We have scheduled a SWMP Workshop on: <br />Wednesday, January 18, 2012 <br />5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />City of Tukwila Public Works Department <br />Conference Room No. 1 <br />6300 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA <br />We will be evaluating five elements of the SWMP: <br />Public Education and Outreach <br />Public Involvement and Participation <br />Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination <br />Controlling Runoff from New Development, Redevelopment and Construction Sites <br />Pollution Prevention and Operation and Maintenance for Municipal Operations <br />If you are unable to attend the January 18 SWMP Workshop but would like to provide <br />suggestions or ideas, please contact us by one of the methods listed below.
