15.17 Severability <br />The provisions of this Agreement are severable. If any portion, provision, or part of this <br />Agreement is held, determined, or adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction to be <br />invalid, unenforceable, or void for any reason whatsoever, each such portion, provision, <br />or part shall be severed from the remaining portions, provisions, or parts of this <br />Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. <br />15.18 Survival Provisions <br />The following provisions shall survive and remain applicable to each of the Parties <br />notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement and notwithstanding a <br />Party's withdrawal or removal from this Agreement. <br />Section 13 <br />Section 14 <br />Section 15.16 <br />15.19 Counterparts <br />Legal Relations <br />Public Records <br />Choice of Law; Venue <br />This Agreement shall be executed in counterparts, any one of which shall be deemed to <br />be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br />15.20 Execution <br />This Agreement shall be executed on behalf of each Party by its duly authorized <br />representative, pursuant to an appropriate motion, resolution, or ordinance of such Party. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, authorized representatives of the Parties have signed their <br />names and indicated the date of signing in the spaces provided below. <br />KING COUNTY CITY OF AUBURN <br />Page 22 <br />
