EXHIBIT B - COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT <br />1. For all prosecution services set forth in Exhibit A, Contractor shall be paid a flat monthly fee of <br />$12,500. <br />2. The Contractor shall invoice the City by the 1011 day of each month for the previous month <br />services. <br />3.
