City of T <br />City Council Transportation & Infrastructure Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />No vember2, 2020 - 5.20 p. m. - Electronic Meeting due to COU/D-19 Emergency <br />CouncilmembersPresent: Cynthia Delostrinos Johnson, Chair, Verna Seal, Kate Kruller <br />Staff Present: David Cline, Hari Ponnekanti, Adib Altallal, Scott Bates, Mike Ronda <br />and Gail Labanara <br />Chair Delostrinos Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />I. BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. Contract: 2020 Central Business District Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with RI -12 Engineering in the amount of <br />$64,508.00 for construction management services for the 2020 CBD Sanitary Sewer CI PP Lining <br />Phase 4 Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval, forward to 11/16/20 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />II. Miscellaneous <br />a. 53rd Ave S Traffic Revisions - a resident has requested a meeting with Committee Chair and <br />staff at 8am on Saturday, 11/7/20 at Foster Park to review the revisions to the travel lanes. <br />b. 53rd Ave S Street Improvements - a resident previously had concerns about a retaining wall. <br />Hari reached out to the resident and reported that they are now satisfied with the <br />construction that was completed last week, except for an end cap that is currently on order. <br />c. 52nd Ave S/Interurban Ave S ADA complaint <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m. <br />CDJ <br />Committee Chair Approval <br />Minutes by GL <br />
