and animal control vehicle for the employee's use). Costs are subject to <br />adjustment each year. <br />2. Costs for Option 2 will be determined by the County each year based on its <br />actual hourly overtime pay for the individual Animal Control Officers providing <br />the service, plus mileage at the federal reimbursement rate. The number of <br />miles for which mileage is charged shall be miles which would not have been <br />traveled but for the provision of the enhanced service. <br />3. Costs paid for enhanced services will be included in the Reconciliation <br />calculation for each Service Year, as described in Exhibit D of the Agreement <br />(see "Other Service Charges"). <br />C. Services of the Dedicated Officer shall be in addition to the Animal Services otherwise <br />provided to the City by the County through the Agreement. Accordingly, the calls <br />responded to by the Dedicated Officer shall not be incorporated in the calculation of <br />the City's Calls for Service (as further described in Exhibit C and D to the Agreement). <br />D. The scheduling of work by the Dedicated Officer will be determined by mutual <br />agreement of the contract administrators identified in the Agreement, and (in the case <br />of a purchase of service under Option 1) the mutual agreement of officials of other <br />Contracting Cities named as contract administrators that have committed to sharing in <br />the expense of the Dedicated Officer. In the event the parties are unable to agree on <br />scheduling, the County shall have the right to finally determine the schedule of the <br />Dedicated Officer(s). <br />E. Control Services to be provided to the City pursuant to this Enhanced Services <br />Contract include Control Services of the type and nature as described under the <br />Agreement with respect to Animal Control Officers serving in Control Districts, and <br />include but are not limited to, issuing written warnings, citations and other <br />enforcement notices and orders on behalf of the City, or such other services as the <br />Parties may reasonably agree. <br />F. The County will provide the City with a general periodic calendar of scheduled service <br />in the City, and a monthly report of the types of services offered and performed. <br />G. For Services purchased under Option 1: An FTE will be scheduled to serve 40 hour <br />weeks, however, with loss of service hours potentially attributable to vacation, sick <br />leave, training and furlough days, not less than 1600 hours per year will be provided. <br />Similarly, a half-time FTE will provide not less than 800 hours per year. The County <br />shall submit to the City an invoice and billing voucher at the end of each calendar <br />quarter, excepting that during the 4f quarter of each year during the term of this <br />Document Dated 6-28-17 53 <br />
