Miscellaneous <br />Councilmember Quinn reported a resident's concern about semitruck traffic causing property <br />damage in the Duwamish neighborhood. <br />Staff mentioned that there are two frozen Street Maintenance positions that could assist with <br />graffiti and bus stop cleaning if unfrozen. Councilmember Quinn noted that position funding <br />decisions must be made in collaboration with the Finance and Governance Committee. <br />Allentown residents Sean Albert and Kelle Symonds addressed the Committee regarding the 42nd <br />Avenue South Bridge replacement project and BNSF access. <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m. <br />Co `mittee Chair Approval <br />Minutes by LH <br />
