C. Meeting Agendas <br />III(C)1 <br />The City Clerk shall be responsible for preparing agendas for Regular, Special, and Committee of the Whole meetings, and presented to <br />the Council President or designee for approval. After the proposed agenda has been approved, the City Clerk shall publish the final <br />agenda in accordance with the provisions of RCW 42.30. <br />New <br />III(C)2 <br />The order of a Regular Meeting agenda shall be: <br />Reworking of existing TMC <br />a. Call to Order <br />2.04.100 agenda order <br />that: <br />b. Pledge of Allegiance <br />c. Roll Call <br />• Adds Land <br />d. Land Acknowledgement <br />Acknowledgement <br />e. Public Comments <br />• Moves Public <br />f. Appointments and Proclamations <br />Comments and <br />g. Presentations — Items pertinent to the City but not relating to other agenda business, including honoring of guests, <br />special awards, or speakers external to the City. <br />Appointments & <br />Proclamations to <br />h. Appointments and Proclamations <br />BEFORE <br />i. Consent Agenda — Items that are routine or non -controversial in nature approved for inclusion by the Council <br />Presentations <br />President, Committee of the Whole, or forwarded by unanimous Committee action. Any Councilmember may request <br />• Removes Bid <br />to remove an item from the Consent Agenda and place under New Business for further discussion. <br />Awards as they do <br />j. Public Hearings — May be required by City, State, or Federal law or directed by the Council. Examples include but are <br />not need to be <br />not limited to Local Improvement Districts, zoning changes, biennial budget, annexation, moratoria, and quasi-judicial <br />called out <br />decisions. <br />separately <br />k.
