To include <br />Pressure washing entire surface area and cleaning out cracks, patching cracks and damaged court areas, one <br />acrylic filler coat, two coats of Novafil, one coat of Nova Combo and painting of tennis lines. <br />$36,200.00 <br />Riteway Crack Repair fabric- there are approx. 425' of cracks that should be additionally repaired with the <br />Riteway system. The cost is $8,500.00 "not included in base bid" <br />*Since the courts have lacked maintenance for quite some time — it is possible that more linear ft will become <br />apparent after the washing (pretty sure the measure is fairly accurate)- once the cleaning is done — we will <br />verify exact linear ft — and only install what the city authorizes. <br />Price below assume acceptance of resurfacing and crack repair <br />This Offer Must Be Accepted Within 30 Days <br />Owner shall pay Mid Pac Construction, for the performance of its work Forty four thousand seven <br />hundred dollars.
