Ordinance Nos. 2251 §1 (part), 2009; Ord. 2056 §1 (part), 2004 as codified <br />in TMC Chapter 8.25 Vehicle Storage and Parking on Single-Family Residential <br />Property, are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />D. Approved durable uniform surfaces outside of structures on-site may cover a <br />maximum of 1,200 square feet or 10% of the lot surface, whichever is greater. <br />V <br />1 3 V ti <br />V <br />�Z, <br />E. No more than 50% of the front yard or 800 square feet, whichever is smaller, may be <br />approved durable uniform surface.
