BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds <br />The Committee discussed possible uses for $5.78 million in ARPA funding which is subject to <br />specific criteria and must be obligated by December 31, 2024. Considerations that were <br />mentioned include: leave balance greater than 200K for unknowns, seek more information <br />from SCORE, center equity in decision making, prioritize helping those hit hardest by COVID, <br />fund more rental assistance, considerteen programming, support better health outcomes, use <br />Community Connectors to better understand needs. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Staff provided an update on the status of meeting room technology upgrades and a potential <br />grant opportunity for citywide broadband. <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:01 p.m. <br />zi <br />Committee Chair Approval <br />Minutes by LH <br />
