Includes the cost or renting power carts <br />for tournaments. <br />Golf Shop Operations: Provide customer service to players of the golf course, including clinics, <br />lessons, golf shop merchandising, tournament hosting, men's and ladies club events and overall <br />customer engagement. <br />Golf Shop Administration: Provide leadership and management to golf shop operations including <br />budget, marketing and sponsorship opportunities <br />Golf Maintenance Administration: Provide leadership and management to golf maintenance <br />operations including budget, fleet management, capital improvements and turf health. <br />Capital Improvements: Funds are used to enhance and repair golf clubhouse and course <br />improvements. <br />Indirect Cost Allocation: Cost associated for the general fund support from Finance, Human <br />Resources, City Clerk, Mayor's Office and Council. <br />311 <br />5 <br />
