Ordinance & Resolution: Investment Policy <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution to adopt a revised Investment Policy and an <br />ordinance to remove Chapter 3.28, "Investing City Funds," from the Municipal Code. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 8, 2021 Committee of the Whole. <br />E. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding Next Steps <br />Staff is seeking Committee input into the process for determining the next round of ARPA <br />funding allocation. Committee members supported the proposed timeline, with the exception <br />noted below. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Obtain definitive answer from the City Attorney on the eligibility of synthetic turf soccer <br />fields and staffing for Green Tukwila.
