12- 021(a) <br />Council Approval 5/21/12 <br />CITY OF TUKWILA <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />Amendment I <br />Between the City of Tukwila and the cities of SeaTac, Des Moines, Covington and <br />Pacific <br />That portion of the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Tukwila and the Cities of <br />SeaTac, Des Moines, Covington and Pacific is amended as follows: <br />Section 21.2 is amended to read as follows: <br />No City shall use more funds than have been annually allocated to it by King County <br />for a minor home repair program as referenced in Exhibit A -2. However, if a City is <br />unable to spend its portion of the funds by the 3rd quarter of the year for which the <br />funds were allocated, the Cities may mutually agree to shift those funds to another City <br />that has an on -going demand for minor home repair. <br />Section 21.3 is amended to read as follows: <br />Abide by additional requirements outlined in Exhibit B -2, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Exhibit A and Exhibit B to the Interlocal Agreement are deleted and hereby replaced <br />with Exhibits A -2 and B -2. Exhibits A -2 and B -2 are fully incorporated for all purposes <br />into this Agreement. <br />All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Dated this A day of A t�t� 20 /2, <br />I S 5 6, -`gum <br />
