Zoning Code Amendments <br />Staff briefed the Committee on a proposal to amend Tukwila Municipal Code Chapters 8, 17, <br />18 and 19, which will be presented to the Planning Commission before returning to the City <br />Council. Chair Delostrinos inquired about a local business owner's request to build a 10' <br />electric fence, and if that could be included in this code update. Staff replied that would <br />require further analysis of impacts and does not recommend including in this round of <br />updates. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide additional context around proposed changes, including items that may be <br />removed from the list prior to City Council consideration. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to Planning Commission <br />II.
