Additionally, these steps are also being taken: <br />i. We will not allow rental of multiple outdoor locations within a park to one <br />group. This reduces the number of people and in turn noise. <br />ii. Power at rental sites will only be activated for rental customers. This reduces <br />the potential for unplanned gatherings to access power and in turn cause <br />noise. <br />iii. We are in the process of hiring seasonal workers that will check in on rental <br />customers to both make sure they are receiving everything they need, as well <br />as abiding by rental rules. <br />General Park Users: <br />1. Park Rules posted in all parks. <br />2. Issues that arise with general park visitors - All park rules are in accordance with <br />the Tukwila Municipal Code and will be enforced by Tukwila Police. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />This memorandum is for discussion and awareness -building among Councilmembers. <br />No action is required at this time. <br />8 <br />
