PUBLIC COMMENTS One written response, from Dana Dick of Valley View Sewer District, was <br />received in response to the notice of application. Comments from Dana Dick <br />were to inform the City of Tukwila and the applicant that capping permits <br />will be required prior to demolition of any of the existing buildings, and a <br />developer extension will be required to provide sewers to the proposed <br />townhome project. This information was forwarded to the applicant and will <br />be added as a condition of approval of the preliminary subdivision <br />application. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: L08 -076 Preliminary Subdivision <br />Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Subdivision application, with <br />conditions. <br />L08 -081 Design Review <br />Staff recommends approval of the development project with conditions. <br />ATTACHMENTS: A.
