City of Tukwila <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Conunission will be holding a public hearing <br />on, March 22, 2012 at 6:30 PM., located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., to discuss the following: <br />CASE NUMBER: L 12 -005 (Design Review —Major Modification), L08 -079 (Preliminary <br />Subdivision Amendment) <br />APPLICANT: Mike Overbeck <br />REQUEST: Request to change conditions of approval of the original preliminary <br />approved subdivision and the approved design review to allow phased <br />development of a 31 unit townhome development, including associated <br />infrastructure and site improvements.
