BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. 2021 Fire Department Annual Report <br />Chief Wittwer presented the report. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• On page 15, explain that the significant increase in "other" types of calls is due to a 2021 <br />change in the reporting system. <br />• On page 21, fix the incomplete ending sentences in both sections <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Foster Golf Links Operational Plan <br />Committee members and staff discussed the operations and budget of Foster Golf Links, <br />including strategies for improving access for residents. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide net inflow/outflow for previous years <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />11.
