BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Discussion on Remote Attendance At Council Meetings <br />Staff presented a proposed amendment to the City Council Rules of Procedure to address <br />remote attendance in times of non -emergency. Committee members discussed the changes <br />as well as the merits of attending or not attending virtually while away on other business. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Add language addressing pandemic related quarantine <br />• Present options for COW discussion. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Budget Outreach <br />Staff shared a draft presentation to be shared with the community as well as demonstrated <br />the "Balancing Act" tool.
