BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Grant Award: Green River Trail Improvements Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept a Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) Grant <br />Award in the amount of $989,000 for the Green River Trail Improvements Project. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide detailed breakdown of construction costs <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 6, 2022 Regular Meeting. <br />B. Contract Amendment: 2022 Overlay & Repair Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract amendment with KPG, Inc. in the amount of <br />$265,988 for the 2022 Overlay and Repair Program. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to the June 13, 222 Special Consent Agenda. <br />C. Contract: 2022 Annual Small Drainage Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with Titan Earthwork, LLC in the amount of <br />$602,778 for construction of the 2022 Annual Small Drainage Program. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Identify which agency paid for the utility work <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to the June 13, 222 Special Consent Agenda. <br />D. Contract Amendment: 2022 Annual Small Drainage Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an amendment to a contract with KPG Psomas, Inc. in the <br />amount of $99,872.00 for construction management services on the 2022 Small Drainage <br />Program. <br />
