Transportation & Infrastructure Services Committee Minutes June 21, 2022 <br />E. Bid Award: 2022 Overlay & Repair Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to award a bid to Tucci & Sons in the amount of $1,612,609.75 <br />for construction of the 2022 Overlay and Repair Program, Neighborhood Traffic Calming <br />Program, Small Drainage and ADA Improvements. Councilmembers and staff discussed using <br />ending balance from Fund 104 to apply to Schedule B, thereby retaining more budget for <br />Neighborhood Traffic Calming. This can be addressed via the budget amendment. <br />Item(s) needing follow-up: <br />Address funding breakdown during budget amendment process. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to June 27, 2022 Special Consent Agenda. <br />F. Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program Update <br />Staff presented an update on the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program activities. <br />Item(s) needing fol/ow-up: <br />Discuss tactical urbanism strategies for traffic calming with Allentown neighborhood and DCD <br />staff. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />Miscellaneous <br />BNSF Alternative Access EIS - Staff reported that no responses to the Request for Proposal were <br />received.
