Meeting Minutes <br />City of Tukwila <br />City Council Planning & Community Development Committee <br />August 15, 2022 - 5:30 p.m. - Hybrid Meeting; Hazelnut Conference Room & MS Teams <br />Councilmembers Present: Cynthia Delostrinos Johnson, Chair; Kathy Hougardy, De'Sean Quinn <br />Staff Present: Rachel Bianchi, Nora Gierloff, Joseph Mose <br />Chair Delostrinos Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Rental Housing Program Update <br />Staff provided the update. Committee members discussed program outreach and an interest <br />in reviewing fees. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide numbers of houses vs. apartment units in the rental program. <br />• Provide the number of rental housing residents in the city. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />11. MISCELLANEOUS <br />Staff provided an update on a forthcoming code enforcement action on an auto repair <br />business located on Tukwila International Boulevard. <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:05 p.m. <br />CDJ Committee Chair Approval <br />
