This Agreement may be amended, altered or clarified only by the <br />unanimous, written consent of the Parties to this Agreement, and requires authorization <br />and approval by each Party's governing body. <br />15. COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. <br />16. APPROVAL BY PARTIES' GOVERNING BODIES. This Agreement has been authorized <br />and approved for execution by each Party's governing body. <br />17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
