BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. 2023-2024 Proposed Budget: Human Services Funding Recommendations <br />Staff presented the 2023/2024 funding recommendations of the Human Services Advisory <br />Board. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. <br />B. 2023-2024 Proposed Budget: Public Safety Plan <br />Staff presented the proposed budget. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Forward to September 26, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. 2023-2024 Proposed Budget: LEOFF 1 Retiree Health Care <br />Staff presented the proposed budget. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Forward to September 26, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />11.
