BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Consultant Agreement: Allentown Truck Reroute Environmental Impact Statement <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with HDR Inc. in the amount of $915,715.10 for <br />planning, engineering, and public outreach services for the Allentown Truck Reroute EIS. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 24, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Proposed 2023-2024 Budget: Fleet/Equipment Rental & Replacement (Fund 501) <br />Staff presented the proposed budget. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. Forward to October 24, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. Resolution: Water, Sewer, Surface Water Rates <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution adopting the Public Works Fee Schedule for <br />2023 and 2024. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 24, 2022 Special Consent Agenda. <br />D.
