BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. 2023-2024 Proposed Budget: Drug Seizure Fund (109) <br />Staff presented the proposed budget. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Forward to October 24, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Resolution: Fire Permit Fees <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution that would adopt a revised Fire Department <br />Fee Schedule. Councilmembers asked clarifying questions and discussed the policy <br />implication of cost recovery via fee collection. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Return with information about an approach based on hourly rate or other staff time <br />calculation. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Return to Committee. <br />C. 2022 3rd Quarter Fire Department Report <br />Staff presented the report. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />D. 2022 3rd Quarter Police Department Report <br />Staff presented the report. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />11.
