BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Resolution: Fire Permit Fees <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution that would adopt a revised Fire Department <br />Fee Schedule. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide more examples of fee calculations <br />• Propose language ensuring regular review by the Council <br />• Add Covington and Maple Valley to the fee comparison matrix <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Return to Committee. <br />B. Grant Agreement: Mental Health Professional Co -Responder <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an Association of Washington Cities grant in the amount of <br />$92,083 to fund an additional Mental Health Professional to co -respond with PD to help those <br />in crisis. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to November 28, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. False Alarm Reduction Program <br />Staff briefed the Committee on a plan to partner with Central Square Technologies to <br />administer the false alarm reduction program. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />D. License Plate Reader Program <br />Staff briefed the Committee on the progress of installation of the Flock License Plate Reader <br />Camera program. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />
