BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Citywide Facilities Overview <br />Staff provided an overview of the current status of City Facilities including an updated seismic <br />assessment of City Hall, 6300 Building, and the Community Center. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Show what has changed since the last seismic assessment was completed. <br />• Provide information showing which buildings meet life safety minimums versus other <br />safety standards. <br />• Determine from Emergency Manager why Tukwila Community Center cannot operate as <br />an emergency cooling center. <br />• Provide information or scenarios from other cities on the status of their municipal <br />buildings. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Return to Committee <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Staff provided an overview of the Consumer Price Index.
