BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Monthly General Fund Update <br />Staff provided the update. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Contract: Microsoft Enterprise Services <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to continue the Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Services <br />contract through November 30, 2025, in a total amount of $403,162.23. The total amount may <br />change prior to Committee of the Whole review. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to October 10, 2022 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. Contract: City Hall Siding Repairs <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with Pacific Exteriors LLC in the amount of <br />$158,806.86 for siding repair at City Hall. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
