Interest in diving deeper into the Comprehensive Plan at least one or <br />two elements, particularly the housing portion. Commissioners felt they needed more <br />detailed information as the previous presentation was very high level. Importance of <br />the Commission to expose some blind spots, not just on the Comprehensive Plan but on <br />everything. <br />• Discussion of the 2023 ESJC budget and workplan <br />Budget brainstorm: <br />ESJC Retreats <br />Equity Training — invite other commissions <br />ESJC bigger picture planning <br />ESJC funding as a way to multiply <br />— i.e. ESJC would pay for translation of a Library Advisory Board Flyer <br />ESJ Training for the Commission and City leaders <br />Assisting teenagers <br />Training in trades <br />
