Rainier Symphony is requesting funds to offset <br />costs for the 2022 season. <br />Civil Service Commission <br />December 15, 2022: The Commission was briefed on the most current Police <br />and fire staffing. The Civil Service Handbook was revised and the Fire <br />Department was removed from the handbook due to the transition of the <br />Regional Fire Authority. <br />Human Services Advisory <br />Board <br />October 25, 2022: Advisory Board was presented on the Tukwila's Economic <br />Development Plan and discussed the final 2023/2024 Funding <br />recommendations. <br />Tukwila Library Advisory <br />Board <br />October 4, 2022: The advisory board has a student representative vacancy. <br />The two little libraries have been installed and the additional four libraries' <br />locations and descriptions are posted on the City website. The Advisory <br />board was updated on the 2022 Board budget. <br />Parks Commission <br />December 14, 2022: The Commission received a presentation on the <br />Economic Development Plan and an update on the Parks, Golf and <br />Stewardship (year and review), including the Park Commission student <br />vacancy. <br />Planning Commission <br />December 8, 2022: The Commission adopted the 9/22 and 10/27, 2022 <br />meeting minutes, received an overview of the Tukwila Comprehensive Plan <br />and reviewed the Planning Commission By -Laws, including amending or <br />adopting revisions. <br />
