Contract: Middle Housing <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a grant -funded contract with Makers - Architecture, <br />Planning and Urban Design in the amount of $130,000 for analysis of Middle Housing <br />opportunities. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to January 23, 2023 Special Consent Agenda. <br />B. Economic Development 2023 Work Plan <br />Councilmembers and staff discussed the work items for the year. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C. 2023-2024 Seattle Seawolves Partnership Agreement <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a partnership agreement with the Seattle Seawolves for <br />the 2023 and 2024 seasons in an amount not to exceed $150,000, paid exclusively with <br />lodging tax revenue as previously approved. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval.
