Both Dr. Eileen English and Joe Duffie have agreed to participate. <br />Staff will work with Dr. English and Mr. Duffie, including PD staff to <br />develop a rubric for qualifying questions. <br />• Commissioners brainstormed ideas to honor the late former City Council <br />member Joan Hernandez and founder of the Equity & Diversity <br />Commission. Councilmember and Commissioner Kathy Hougardy has <br />agreed to take on the task to research and report back to the Commission <br />on Mrs. Hernandez legacy. <br />
