BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Contract: Foster Golf Links #7 Green Remodel <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with Ridgetop Golf in the amount of $130,000 to <br />re -landscape the 7th green at Foster Golf Links. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to January 23, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />B. Police Department Recruitment <br />Staff provided an update. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />C. Ordinance: Civil Service Commission <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance to amend TMC 2.42.030 to allow the Police <br />Chief to make an appointment from the top-ranked five applicants instead of the current top <br />three applicants. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Majority approval (Abdi, McLeod in support; Sharp opposed). Forward to January 23, 2023 <br />Committee of the Whole). <br />II.
