Motion <br />passed with 4 in favor, 1 <br />recusal. <br />General Business <br />• Proposed Business <br />Occupations Tax <br />and <br />Derek and Brandon explained <br />that the Mayor has proposed a <br />business and operations tax to <br />fill a gap in the City's 2023-24 <br />budget.
