Project Completion: 2021 Annual Small Drainage Program <br />Staff is seeking Committee approval of project completion and release of retainage for the <br />2021 Annual Small Drainage Program in the total amount of $764,469.10. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 20, 2023 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />E. Grant Application: Chinook Wind Extension <br />Staff is seeking Committee approval to apply for a King County Open Spaces River Corridors <br />grant in the amount of $280,000 for the Chinook Wind Extension Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. <br />F. Grant Award: Transportation Element Comprehensive Plan <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a Safe Streets & Roads for All grant award of $200,000 to <br />develop a Road Safety Plan as part of the Transportation Element of the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to March 20, 2023 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />G.
