Transportation & Infrastructure Services Committee Minutes February 6, 2023 <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. <br />E. Maintenance Agreement Amendment: Green the Green Shoreline Restoration <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an amendment in the amount of $37,191.00 with At Work! <br />Commercial Enterprises, Inc. for two additional years of maintenance at the NC Machinery <br />and JSH/Southcenter Office Plaza sites. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to February 13, 2023 Special Consent Agenda. <br />F. Grant Application: Green the Green <br />Staff is seeking Committee approval to apply for $50,000 from the King County ReGreen the <br />Green program to fund two years of maintenance at the two sites mentioned above in item E. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. <br />G. Design Agreement: Sewer Lift Station 5 Rebuild <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with PACE Engineers, Inc. in the amount of <br />$236,801.25 for design of the Sewer Lift Station 5 Retrofit Project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to February 13, 2023 Special Consent Agenda. <br />H. Temporary Construction Permit Renewal: Fleet and Facilities Building <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to renew Seattle City Light's temporary construction permit <br />for the use of the fee -owned transmission line corridor property located at the Public Works <br />Fleet and Facilities Building. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to February 13, 2023 meeting. <br />I. Transportation Element Update <br />Staff provided an overview of the schedule and outreach plan for the Transportation Element <br />of the Comprehensive Plan update. Committee members suggested additional engagement <br />considerations including faith -based organizations, Chamber of Commerce, social media, <br />video creation, and taking advantage of opportunities to combine multiple departments and <br />projects at public events. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />
