BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Annual State of the City's Bridges <br />Staff presented the report. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Ordinance: Compost Procurement <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance adopting a policy for the procurement of <br />compost as required by Washington State House Bill 1799. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to March 27, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. Interlocal Agreement: Fleet Maintenance <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of SeaTac for <br />Tukwila's provision of routine repair and maintenance of SeaTac's fleet. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to March 27, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />D. Grant Agreement Amendment: National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to accept an additional $62,000 from the Municipal <br />Stormwater Capacity -Building grant program for the NPDES program. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to March 20, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />E. Grant Application: Nelsen Side Channel Project <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a resolution authorizing an application to the Salmon <br />Recovery Funding Board for the Nelsen Side Channel Project. <br />
