BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. South King County Community Impact Fund <br />Ms. Aden presented an overview of the Port of Seattle's Environmental Grants Program which <br />is currently funding five projects in Tukwila. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Interlocal Agreement: Duwamish River Monitoring Access <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State <br />Department of Ecology to install and maintain a stream gauge structure at Foster Golf links. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide additional detail on what is being monitored, size of the unit, and how it is powered. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 1, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />C. 2023-2024 Foster Golf Links Capital Purchases <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to purchase new equipment for Foster Golf Links as budgeted <br />for 2023-2024. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 1, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda. <br />D. Ordinance: Parking Penalties <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance to amend Tukwila Municipal Code Title 9 to <br />update various parking -related provisions in accordance with current practice. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to May 8, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />
