Renter Protection Proposals <br />Committee members discussed a series of renter protection proposals submitted by the <br />Transit Riders Union (TRU) in April. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Obtain preliminary City Attorney opinion <br />• TRU - Provide electronic copy of endorsement letter <br />• TRU - Provide city comparison chart <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Return to Committee. <br />II.
