BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Interlocal Agreement Amendment: Private LTE Network <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to amend an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State <br />Department of Commerce to add an additional $400,000 to the project. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Majority approval. Forward to May 8, 2023 Committee of the Whole and Special Meeting. <br />Councilmember Quinn entered the meeting room during item B. <br />B. Public Works Campus Phase 2 - Design and Pre -Construction <br />Staff presented an update of the project, including design costs, financing plan, and estimated <br />construction costs. Staff is also seeking approval to proceed with full design and pre - <br />construction contracts in the amount of $5,195,141 with an additional $779,271 for owner's <br />contingency; the draft contracts will be presented to Committee of the Whole. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />• Provide written advice from John Palewicz <br />• Provide 20 -year debt payment schedule <br />• Provide information on any financial policy directing land sale proceeds to debt <br />payments. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval pending information requests; Forward to May 22, 2023 Committee of <br />the Whole. <br />C.
