BUSINESS AGENDA A. Interlocal Agreement Amendment: Private LTE Network Staff is seeking Council approval to amend an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State Department of Commerce to add an additional $400,000 to the project. Committee Recommendation Majority approval. Forward to May 8, 2023 Committee of the Whole and Special Meeting. Councilmember Quinn entered the meeting room during item B. B. Public Works Campus Phase 2 - Design and Pre -Construction Staff presented an update of the project, including design costs, financing plan, and estimated construction costs. Staff is also seeking approval to proceed with full design and pre - construction contracts in the amount of $5,195,141 with an additional $779,271 for owner's contingency; the draft contracts will be presented to Committee of the Whole. Item(s) for follow-up: • Provide written advice from John Palewicz • Provide 20 -year debt payment schedule • Provide information on any financial policy directing land sale proceeds to debt payments.
