BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Prosecution Services Contract <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with Karen S. Lentz, PLLC for prosecution <br />services at a rate of $14,000 per month. <br />Item(s) for follow-up: <br />Provide additional details on current workload. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval.
