BUSINESS AGENDA <br />Consensus existed to move the Parks and Recreation Department update to the top of the agenda. <br />A. 2023 2nd Quarter Parks and Recreation Department Update <br />Staff presented the update. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Contract Amendment: Automated Traffic Cameras <br />Staff is seeking approval to amend the contract with NOVOAGLOBAL, Inc. to include additional <br />automated traffic cameras in public park speed zones. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to August 14, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />C. 2023 2"d Quarter Police Department Update <br />Staff presented the update. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Discussion only. <br />11.
