BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Financial Sustainability Committee Process <br />Staff updated the committee on effort to form a Financial Sustainability Committee as part of <br />the Financial Sustainability Plan and Utility Rate Study project. Committee members <br />discussed the information and made several suggestions, including looking for ways to <br />remove barriers, having the Council make the appointments, and looking to the City of <br />Seattle's recent process including comments made by the Seattle Chamber CEO. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Forward to August 28, 2023 Committee of the Whole. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m. <br />Committee Chair Approval <br />
