BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Grant Agreement: Planning for Recreation Access <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a grant agreement with the Washington Recreation and <br />Conservation Office in the amount of $197,300 for the Playbook for Inclusive Park Design <br />Project. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to September 18, 2023 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />B. Grant Agreement: Mental Health Co -Responder Program <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a grant agreement with the Association of Washington <br />Cities in the amount of $105,000 to fund contracted services of the Sound Health Co -responder <br />through June 30, 2024. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to September 18, 2023 Regular Meeting Consent Agenda. <br />C. Ordinance: Drug Possession <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an ordinance to allow city prosecution of drug possession <br />consistent with Washington State Law. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval.
