BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Interagency Agreement: Tukwila Community Center HVAC Replacement <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of an interagency agreement with the Washington State <br />Department of Enterprise Services, which allows the use of the Energy Savings Performance <br />Contracting process for this project. <br />Items) for follow-up: <br />Provide high-level estimate of project installation timeline. <br />Committee Recommendation: <br />Unanimous approval.
